Espoonlahden Isku has been a volleyball club since 1958. As its name suggests, the club operates in Espoonlahti region, in Espoo. The club has a total of three teams: men’s regional league and local league teams and women’s local league team.

The main purpose of the activity is to enable and support adults playing volleyball in Espoo region. The teams train actively but in a fairly relaxed atmosphere. There are also other side activities such as joint evening parties and summer beach volley tournaments.
